Our programs are designed to enhance children's development in the following areas: creativity, self expression, decision making, problem-solving, responsibility, independence, and reasoning. We encourage openness to that which is different from us, and the ability to work and play with others.
6 Weeks to 12 Months
It doesn’t take long to for your baby to develop self-confidence and creativity on their own. Your baby will give you the most important information—how he/she likes to be treated, talked to, held, and comforted. We will work together with you to create the perfect care recommendations that will best fit your baby. A caregiver who is trained in first-aid choking is present at all meals. We are determined to achieve over and beyond and strive for the best in your infant’s development.
12 Months – 24 Months
Your child is advancing from infancy into a toddler. Mastering new skills such as how to walk, talk, and use the potty are developmental milestones. During this time, his/her physical growth and motor development may seem slow, but you can expect to see some change in your child intellectually, socially, and emotionally. It is exciting to watch your toddler learn new skills. This time is crucial for learning. The normal development of children in this stage includes several areas: Gross motor – walking, running, climbing, fine motor, feeding themselves, and drawing. We believe in surrounding your child with a positive and exciting learning adventure.
3 Year Old
The preschool age is a time for rapidly growing independence. Your child learns to separate from you in preparation for attending school. Children learn best when there are clear rules and expectations, establish regular routines. We will work with you and your child to ensure the smoothest possible transition occurs as new routines and new people are introduced. The morning routine can involve going to the potty, washing their hands, and eating breakfast; all skills that your child will eventually be able to do on his/her own. Simple chores can help them feel as though he/she has a daily contribution to make.
4 Years Old
We offer special learning and engagement for Pre-K. In this program, daily class schedules are filled with book-reading, songs, stories, and conversations. Your child will have effective learning by engaging in question and answer. This is a time when he/she will explore and experiment. Introducing problem solving and scientific observation will set your child in the right place to reach and attain desired goals.
5 years – 12 years old
Our program provides safe convenient care for your child before and after school hours, and during school breaks and closings. School age children have limited outdoor time during the school day. Therefore, opportunities to run, do sports and play outside are important to meeting overall developmental needs of children in this age group. Blocks of free-choice time will encourage self-sufficiency, development of friendships, sound decision-making and problem solving. A “quiet” area for homework will be available in addition to other activities, which will curb rambunctious behavior. The classroom will have many “self-selections” of activities, experiences and materials for children to choose from.
4 Years – 12 Years Old
Summer Camp is a full day program beginning at the end of the school year during the summer break. Fun and adventure happen every day through exciting field trips, guests, arts, crafts, science and service learning projects. Information is available April of each year.
